These General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between www.booktransferantalya.com and the customer (you). By making a reservation through our website, you acknowledge that the contract for the use and provision of services is established between you and Book Transfer Antalya. If a reservation is made by an agent or any third party on your behalf, the service will be deemed to be provided for all passengers using it and for the agent acting on your behalf. By confirming your reservation, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions as well as any other relevant information provided on our website. Furthermore, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and possess the legal capacity to accept them on behalf of yourself and all passengers using the service. These General Terms and Conditions may be amended without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated to you via email, our application, our website, or any other communication method you have provided for this purpose. 1. Booking Process: Payment & Agreement Full payment is required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of payment, Book Transfer Antalya will process the reservation and send a confirmation along with the reservation voucher to the lead passenger. The voucher serves as a ticket and must be presented to the service provider or driver. Once a reservation is confirmed, a legally binding contract is established between the lead passenger (and all listed passengers) and the service provider. No binding agreement can be formed until full payment has been received. If you are booking through a travel agency, the contract with the provider will only be established once the agency has received full payment. We accept no responsibility for confirmed services unless full payment has been made. In the event of an unsatisfactory service complaint, Book Transfer Antalya or its service provider may offer reimbursement for expenses incurred in reaching your destination. However, we reserve the right to request legally valid proof of such expenses. Neither Book Transfer Antalya nor its suppliers shall be held responsible for any delays, inaccuracies, or service quality issues resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger (or their representative) to verify all booking details before travel and notify Book Transfer Antalya of any errors in advance. If incorrect information provided by the lead passenger (or their representative) leads to a change in service costs, you will be responsible for the additional charges. Failure to cover the resulting difference due to inaccurate information provided by you may result in the cancellation of services without any refund or compensation. The prices displayed on our website are final, and no additional charges will be applied as long as the information provided at the time of booking is accurate. 2. Child Seats It is the lead passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the child seat is compatible with the vehicle and properly installed. Neither Book Transfer Antalya nor our suppliers shall be held liable for any incidents caused by incorrect installation or misuse of child seats. If you prefer to use your own child seat, you must inform us at the time of booking to ensure compatibility with our vehicle’s securing systems. In some cases, minibuses or coaches may be used for larger groups, where child seats may not be an option. We will make every effort to provide the requested child seats at the time of booking. However, in cases where child seats are unavailable, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for this service. If child seats are unavailable, children over 3 years old must use seat belts, while children under 3 years old may travel on a parent’s lap in the rear seats. 3. Child Pricing When determining vehicle capacity, all children and infants must be counted regardless of their age. Therefore, they must be included in the total passenger count at the time of booking. 4. Passengers with Disabilities Some of our destinations offer transportation services for disabled or mobility-impaired passengers. If you require a specialized vehicle, it is your responsibility to ensure that the selected vehicle fully meets the needs of all passengers. We strongly recommend that you contact our customer service team before booking to receive assistance in choosing the most suitable vehicle. 5. Booking Modifications Changes to your booking cannot include a change in the final destination. However, extras, pickup times, and drop-off times may be modified. Generally, we do not charge fees for modifications. However, if a change increases the original booking price, we reserve the right to charge the difference. 6. Cancellations 6.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, no refund will be provided. If you do not use the service and fail to cancel the booking, no refund will be issued. All refunds will be made using the original payment method. 6.2 Cancellations by Us In exceptional circumstances, if we or our supplier are required to make significant changes to a service or cancel a confirmed booking, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative. If we ultimately need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund, which will represent our sole liability to you in relation to the cancellation. 7. Booked Vehicles While we strive to accommodate your preferred vehicle selection, availability may require an upgrade to a larger-capacity vehicle or the use of multiple vehicles. If a downgrade occurs or a vehicle in a lower price category is provided, the difference in price will be refunded. All our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party liability as required by local laws. 8. Luggage Each passenger is allowed at least one medium-sized suitcase in private transfers. You must inform us of any additional baggage at the time of booking. Small items such as cameras, handbags, or small backpacks do not need to be declared. If undeclared luggage requires additional vehicles, the passenger will bear the cost. We strictly refuse to carry prohibited items, including firearms, narcotics, or any other illegal materials as per Turkish law. Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Neither Book Transfer Antalya nor our suppliers shall be held liable for any damage or loss. 9. Services In certain locations, due to roadworks or other obstacles, passengers may be dropped off or picked up at a central location within a reasonable walking distance of their destination. If your flight, cruise, or train arrival is delayed by more than 60 minutes, our supplier will attempt to wait, but service is not guaranteed under these conditions. If you are unable to reach the designated meeting point at the scheduled time or if your flight, cruise, or train is canceled, you must contact us immediately using the contact number provided on your voucher. All transportation services are covered under the service provider’s liability policy. 10. Passenger Responsibilities Passengers are required to behave in a manner that ensures a safe and comfortable journey for themselves and others. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous may result in immediate termination of service without a refund. Passengers must ensure that they:
Arrive on time at the designated pickup location.
Follow the driver’s instructions during the journey.
Wear seat belts where provided.
Do not consume alcohol, smoke, or use illicit substances inside the vehicle.
The service provider reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger who is intoxicated, behaving aggressively, or posing a risk to safety. In such cases, no refund will be issued. 11. Complaints and Claims If you experience any issues with our service, we encourage you to notify the driver or our customer support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue during your journey. If you wish to file a formal complaint, you must submit it in writing via email within 7 days of your transfer. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. To facilitate the processing of your complaint, please provide:
Your booking reference number.
A detailed explanation of the issue.
Any supporting evidence, such as receipts, photos, or witness statements.
All complaints will be reviewed thoroughly, and we aim to respond within 14 business days. 12. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all passengers have comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Delays, cancellations, or missed flights due to unforeseen circumstances.
Loss, theft, or damage to luggage and personal belongings.
Medical emergencies and repatriation costs.
Book Transfer Antalya and its service providers do not accept liability for losses that could be covered by appropriate travel insurance. 13. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events) Neither Book Transfer Antalya nor its service providers shall be held liable for service failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
Traffic accidents, road closures, or mechanical failures.
In such cases, we will do our best to provide an alternative solution, but refunds or compensation cannot be guaranteed. 14. Legal Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes or claims arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey. By booking a transfer with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
